**Skipper - Luxury Catamaran Charter (Sydney Harbour)**

We’re a newly launched luxury boat charter business operating on Sydney Harbour. We’re hiring a **Skipper** to lead charters during our first full season.

About the Role
- Operate charters safely and professionally
- Oversee basic maintenance and repairs
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Deliver a premium guest experience

**Requirements**:
✔**Master 5** (or valid Coxswain)
✔**MED 3**, First Aid & CPR
✔Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
✔Experience with charter vessels
✔Strong knowledge of Sydney Harbour
✔Friendly, professional attitude

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

- Every weekend
- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
