We are seeking a skilled **Machine Assistant and Operator** to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to supporting the efficient operation of manufacturing machines, including CNC machines and high-frequency welding machines. The Machine Assistant and Operator will assist in machine setup, operation, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and keen to grow in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation**:

- Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines and high-frequency welding machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues with machines.
- Conduct routine safety and performance checks on equipment.
- Assist in coordinating the movement of materials and finished products
- CAD design and drawings

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Basic understanding of CNC machines and/or high-frequency welding machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and guides.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
