**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation & Maintenance**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and high-frequency welding equipment.
- Perform routine safety inspections, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Ensure quality control by adhering to production specifications.
- **Physical & Logistical Tasks**:

- Lift/move materials and operate machinery requiring standing, bending, and manual dexterity.
- Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, or finished products as needed.
- Coordinate inventory and organize workspaces for efficiency.
- **CAD & Technical Support**:

- Assist with basic CAD design and technical drawings under supervision.
- Interpret blueprints, manuals, and work orders to guide production processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Must Haves**:

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Physically fit to perform manual labour..
- Willingness to learn CNC/welding operations and CAD software (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- **Preferred (but not required)**:

- Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or machinery.
- Students pursuing engineering, manufacturing, or trades are encouraged to apply.
