**Role Description/Criteria**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for student wellbeing for the position of **Assistant Director of Students (Years 10-12)**. This role will assist in fostering student wellbeing and ensuring the smooth coordination of activities for Years 10-12, working closely with the Director of Students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Director of Students to support the welfare, discipline, and academic progress of students
- Assist in managing student behaviour and adherence to the College's Behaviour Management Policy
- Oversee the implementation of pastoral care programs in line with College guidelines
- Monitor the delivery of key year-level activities, such as the Year 12 Formal and Year 10 Work Experience
- Foster a caring, orderly learning environment that supports students' personal development and wellbeing
