Your Opportunity
As the Deputy Principal you will:
Improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools
Develop the quality of teaching and learning
Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.
The Deputy Principal reports to the school Principal.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Embed a respectful and inclusive culture of learning in Junior Secondary, ensuring every student is supported to meet high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
Lead the On Track for Success strategy to strengthen primary school partnerships and community engagement.
Lead instructional practices and professional learning to ensure consistent, high-impact teaching that supports improved student outcomes.
Drive a whole-school approach to student voice and leadership development, empowering staff and students to co-lead with integrity and purpose as leaders side by side.
