**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience to our Scape residents. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Scape Eats, our on-site food and beverage outlet, as well as coordinate and support the Scape retail portfolio in Melbourne across the VIC Scape Portfolio. You will be responsible for strategic planning, leading your team, ensuring high-quality service, managing costs, and achieving guest satisfaction.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee our catering operations and ensure quality service for our Scape residents.
- Minimum four years of experience in food and beverage service management, preferably in large-scale settings with over 500 meals per service
- Proficiency in various software tools, such as MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of associates and meet the financial goals of the business
- Strong leadership and management skills and passion for food and beverage service
