Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for a Financial Sales Consultant to join our team.

**Opportunities to be trained in the following**
- Telephone and F2F contact with clients
- Internal CRM and managing a diary
- Compliance requirements to be successful in your role
- Listening to your clients and asking the right questions

**Key Role Responsibilities**

You will be responsible to:

- Develop and maintain new clients and referrals.
- Deliver quality holistic education to clients while maintaining compliance and productivity.
- Provide clients with information and options to enable them to make informed decisions in relation to their financial situation.
- Maintain contact with the client in every step of the process.
- Be prepared to travel to various sites throughout Queensland

**Skills / Attributes Required**
- Have the desire and flexibility to be able to work outside the normal 9-5 hours
- Recent experience in dealing with clients face-to-face and video conferencing
- Work autonomously and unsupervised to achieve your own income
- Consistent sales history
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the square
- Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to build rapport easily with clients and convert new opportunities
- Be a motivated and focused individual looking for a challenge in a fast-paced working environment.
- Highly organised and the ability to work under pressure

**The Reward**
- $55,000 to $120,000/$150,000/$200,000 (Base wage plus Commission) based on your ability to generate and convert leads
- Satisfaction in providing clients with their best financial future
