The Development Coordination, Senior Lead is an exciting opportunity for immediate and continued professional growth and development within a vertically integrated project delivery environment. You will be part of a cross-functional team with a common goal of delivering the best possible experience to our members, on time, on budget and on brand. Throughout the development stages of our projects, you will be supporting the Territory Directors and Project Managers in the coordination of design deliverables in partnership with the Design Studio. Throughout the entire project lifecycle you will communicate with external consultants as they complete documentation with the primary goal to ensure the highest quality of our product is reflected in our bidding and construction documents as well as through construction and handover. As the project shifts into construction, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the design intent is met and the user experience is of the highest quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the Internal Design Studio through concept handoff to ensure a complete understanding of project design intent to effectively execute a high quality product. Coordinate with the Design Studio on high level programming, space planning, and code analysis for all project types.
- Lead the coordination of external consultants (Architect of Record (AOR) and Engineer of Record (EOR)) to produce comprehensive and coordinated construction document sets which adhere to local building codes, ADA, zoning, and any other applicable jurisdictional requirements.
- Partner with Project Management to maintain and manage RFI and submittal logs throughout the delivery of the project.
- Proactively flag any design issues that may arise during project delivery and work with the Design Studio when consultant solutions impact the approved design handoff, from deal release to opening, to take ownership of them, and to work together to resolve them.
- Ensure design deliverables adhere to any quality assurance policies, standards and procedures for design, documentation and project management.
- Be a key member of a collaborative management team, working closely with project managers to communicate project updates, such as the status of each project, potential issues, risks, etc.
- Ensure all design scope and deliverables comply with design standards as handed off by the Design Studio, and that scope aligns with project budget.
- Institute documentation and project management standards including proper collection and storage of as-builts.
- Provide daily support to the project managers
- Support the project team in leading the FF&E procurement and staging phases of the project.
- Support Cost Estimating with appropriate design documentation during the pre-construction and bidding process.
- When applicable, produce Design Deliverables for Configured Member Projects, partnering with the Pre-Sales Manager/Project Executive throughout the end to end pre-sales process.
- Lead internal and external team meetings as needed, providing clear, concise and actionable agendas and communication.
- Partner with the Design Studio on the Onboarding and Training of external partners

Technical Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design from an

Accredited University
- 5-7 years professional design, construction, or operation in high quality commercial or

hospitality projects. Mixed-use residential, cultural, and institutional experience also will be

considered
- In depth knowledge of Construction industry best practices, building & accessibility Codes.

Thorough knowledge of building materials and construction details
- Ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and any quality assurance policies

and procedures for design, documentation and project management.
- Proficient in the following programs: BIM (Revit), all things Google, Bluebeam Revu
- (preferred) Proficient in the following programs: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Tableau or

open source data analytics software
