We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an experienced Pre-owned Car Sales Manager to join our team to assist with establishing a greenfield site including participation in defining the stock mix, selection and establishment of a team around you, ensure adherence to non-negotiable selling principles to drive the profitability of the site.

This is the sort of role that requires you to be highly customer focused, digitally savvy, excited about the prospects to develop an omni-channelled operation and looking for a long term role that will offer you scope to build a career

You must be an effective communicator, have outstanding customer service skills, be able to achieve results, profile customer needs, a team player, be able to train and mentor your team and drive the profitability of your department.
