**The Role**:
Excellent opportunities have arisen for an experienced **Full time All Rounder Catering Assistant **to join one of the fastest growing catering companies in Australia. The key to our success is our people. Your role in this environment is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued customers through the cooking of a variety of meals, preparation of ingredients and food service.

This position is hands-on, requiring you to prepare and serve meals for our valued customers at this busy Private school.

**Fixed Roster**:
Five days - During School Term Time - Monday to Friday 6.30am to 2.30pm

**What This Role Involves**:

- Plating and serving meals to our customers
- Friendly customer service
- Washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining kitchen & dining areas
- Assisting with food preparation e.g. peeling/chopping vegetables, making sandwiches & salads
- Assisting with preparation and service of functions and conferences
- Maintaining food hygiene, security and safety practices
- Previous experience in a busy cafe/kitchen environment
- Previous experience assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations and service
- Ability to organise work with other team members and take direction as part of a team
- Reliability and availability for various days and hours
- First class food safety practices
- Ability to comply with OH&S and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods
