Adelaide, Australia acQuire Technology Solutions Full time

You will report to the Project Services Lead and be based at our Adelaide office. As a Support Specialist, you will provide service desk and other support services for EnviroSys, our Environmental Data Management software product.

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Environmental discipline, or other relevant field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all level
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills that are appropriate for a business-to-business context
- Previous support desk experience is desirable
- SQL skills are advantageous
- Note:_ This role does not involve software development, coding, or _cyber _security operations._

**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Perform support ticket triage
- Take service desk phone calls
- Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 incident resolution
- Perform product administration tasks
- Assist in management of support ticket queues, including SLAs and priorities
- Engage with end users to understand issues, reproduce errors, and document product defects or feature requests
