**Early Childhood Educator - Full-Time | ECT or Diploma | Immediate Start**
**Start Date**: ASAP

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Early Childhood Educator** to join our warm, collaborative team at our early learning service. This is a **full-time position** available for **immediate start**, open to qualified **Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)** or **Diploma-trained educators** with a minimum of **two years’ experience** in early childhood education.

- Collaborate with a supportive team to create engaging learning environments
- Deliver and plan a rich, responsive curriculum based on children's interests and needs
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Actively contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**:
ECT or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (approved by ACECQA)
Minimum of **2 years’ experience** working in an early childhood setting
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training, Food Handling certificate
Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and reliable educator ready to make a difference

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
