As a full time, permanent Club Manager, you'll wear many hats. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must We want you to also create appropriate fitness programs and a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Assistant Club Manager

**The Job**

Position: Fitness Centre Club Manager - Anytime Fitness (Currumbin)

Full Time

Permanent role

Salary $73,500 - $85,000

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing Marketing Campaigns.
- Execute all aspects of the sales & marketing process.
- Create Lead Generation & Outreach plans
- Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.
- Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities.
- Plan and execute tailored made fitness programs for the centre and clientele
- Membership Growth.
- Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name.
- Establish our kick-ass culture whereby members never want to leave.
- Drive and manage the club's social media pages, live feeds, reels.
- Manage administrative aspects of the business
- Hire and train new staff
- Maintain all centre equipment appropriate to safety standards

Skills Required
- Min 3 years’ experience in a Centre Management role required and Min 3years as a Personal Trainer
- BE HAPPY
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Be naturally great with people and manage, upskill a team of Personal Trainers
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good natural sales person
- Strong Listening skills and ability to be guided by your manager
- Good time management skills.
- Be efficient
- Computer literate

- Ability to implement effective, winning strategies created by your manager
- Naturally outgoing, confident and energetic
- Fitness Industry experience essential
