**About the role**
The **Lotteries & Fundraising Coordinator **at Activ, reports to Lotteries & Fundraising Manager assisting with the implementation of key fundraising projects including major lotteries, bequests and donation appeals.
**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Implementing lottery and fundraising campaigns including eDM and SMS communication.
- Developing and implementing social media plans, overseeing all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Content creation to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Reporting and updating database for lottery and fundraising campaigns/projects.
- Coordinate and attend lottery prize draws.
- Prize supplier relationship management.
- Minimum 2 years project/campaign coordination experience with excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable) plus a Degree in Marketing with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organisation and externally
- Strong work ethic with a flexible approach
- Certificate of Completion - NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Activ to provide)
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
