At Raising Stars Early Learning Centres, we ensure that all of our care centres operate at the highest standard of child care across all areas, with a full service approach that includes a comprehensive educational curriculum, a safe, familiar and friendly environment, and the best centre and facilities in the industry.
Our brand new purpose built Moss Vale centre is a 86 place centre, which is anticipated to open in early 2026.
Our purpose built Gregory Hills centre is a 135 place centre, which has been rated all seven areas of exceeding in the 2023 Assessment & Rating.
Our Five Dock centre is proudly rated as exceeding in the 2021 Assessment & Rating.

Moss Vale Centre Director - Full-Time Permanent
Your role

This is an extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to lead this beautiful brand new Moss Vale centre. The successful candidate must have the ability to guide, mentor and empower the staffing team as well as the ability to identify and nurture each staff member's individual strengths. You will lead teams to create innovative and exciting, high quality learning programs and build their reflective practices whilst demonstrating that you are highly organised, approachable and flexible.
As a Centre Director, your core responsibilities will include the following
- Lead day-to-day operations, creating a positive, enriching environment for children.
- Support and mentor a dedicated team of educators, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain high-level compliance with all regulatory requirements under the National Quality Framework.
- Build strong relationships with families, children and the wider community.
- Manage continuous professional development and educator performance.
- Ensure smooth operations that align with the centre's business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need
- A Bachelor Degree or be an experienced Diploma
- Hands-on experience running a medium to large centre at Director level, minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as office admin skills
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and A&R process
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
