**Your Impact**
Based in our Southbank office and reporting to the **Head of CX & Sales Operations, **you will be responsible for the Operations, Leadership and Capability of our Customer Sales Teams. You will be accountable for their performance though execution of the CXC KPIs and achievement of our commercial targets.
**This is a fixed-term, approximately 12- month role.**
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Drive a strong and consistent focus on people with significant contribution to talent discussions, sales capability, performance against targets and culture.
- Engage your team to drive sales initiatives and focus on continuous improvement.
- Understand and communicate operational issues and priorities to maximise focus on achievement of performance
- Daily/on day operations
- Achieve the agreed Sales / Service budgets and targets.
**About You**
You are an Operations leader who thrives on motivating your team, hitting targets and driving growth through multi-channel execution. You will be able to think strategically, creatively and problem solve to give input into the build of the CXC strategy and understand broader business transformation priorities to translate it into a sales plan.
**Additionally you will have**:
- Technical systems, process and data analytical skills
- Market knowledge and the necessary experience and skills to understand how to assist customer and category growth across significant and varied markets
- Experience leading a high performing customer service/operations team in a similar environment
