**Role overview**:
The Contract Manager has the responsibility of delivering sustainable procurement value through managing contracts and suppliers. This includes contract implementation, supplier onboarding and management, supplier governance and contract management for assigned categories of network technologies, equipment and related services.

**Your day will look a little like this**:

- Draft and manage contracts and contract deliverables
- Manage supplier performance and operational contracts
- Facilitate continuous improvement
- Monitor & manage contract performance and compliance
- Develop a contract implementation plan and set up suppliers
- Provide advice on supplier risk and manage supplier performance
- key interface with Internal Customers to discuss & develop strategies
- Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing contract adherence, reviews, variations, renewals, dispute resolution and risk management
- Renegotiate key parts of major contracts as required

**Your experience will include the following**:

- Contract management & supplier relationship management
- Experience in a Procurement or supply chain commercial function
- Experience with supply contracts and support arrangements in Telco or related industries
