**Lead our confidence Journey as Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics Midland**

As Clinic Manager, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:

- Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
- Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about
- Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.
- Creating wow-worthy transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Dermal Science).
- Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is required.
- Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
- Focus on excellent customer service and results.
