About your new role:
- Drive and lead your own team of Allied Health Professionals, through team engagement, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and driving performance to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Performance Coaching: Guide team members to achieve key indicators of success (KIS) and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
- Management and Financials: Ensure commercial activity aligns with budgetary requirements, oversee clinic operations, manage complaints, and coordinate with the clinical governance team and therapists.
- Compliance: Ensure legal and professional compliance, adherence to session note-taking policies, and Concentric procedures.
- Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience, ideally within the NDIS sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound decision-making abilities for operational and allied health practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding leadership skills to guide teams by setting a compelling example.
