**About the Opportunity**

Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and building strong supplier relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and strategic thinking drive exceptional outcomes? Metcash is looking for a dynamic Supply Manager to lead one of our Supply Planning / Integrated Supplier Partnership (ISP) teams, ensuring top-notch service, cost efficiency, and inventory management.

**In this Role**
- Leadership & Development: Coach and develop ISP Planners and Supply Planners in Metcash systems and processes, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stakeholder Representation & Supplier Management: Advocate for Metcash Internal Customers in supplier discussions, identify and manage 'Priority Suppliers,' and address supply issues with proactive solutions.
- Data Flow & Collaboration: Oversee seamless data exchange with DC Suppliers and facilitate collaboration between Metcash Trading, Replenishment Teams, Supplier Accounts, and Supply Chain Teams.
- Performance Delivery & Shared Forecasting: Achieve Service, Inventory, and Cost outcomes aligned with KPIs, and drive a collaborative forecasting process between Metcash and its Suppliers.
- Event & Logistics Management: Ensure best-in-class outcomes for key events and act as the liaison between Suppliers' planning and logistics networks and Metcash Supply Chain.

- Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various locations.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, including forecast management, event planning, demand & supply planning, and order optimization.
