- Qualification in admin, business, office or similar.
- 2 years’ experience in relevant office admin roles.
**Skills and competencies**
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills with team.
- Remain flexible to change tasks when requested.
- Prioritize tasks and problem solve.
- Diligently keep records.
- Honest, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Integrity - must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Responsibilities** include but not limited to:
- Assist clients.
- Resolve issues and ensure positive service experience.
- Coordinate jobs with staff.
- Maintain job orders and track projects from start to finish.
- Follow template format to write letters, statements, and certificates.
- Ability to think on the spot.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
