The Cornerstone Ale House is a family owned and operated venue located in Butler, Perth’s Northern Corridor.
We provide a great pub menu with an emphasis on high quality, value for money dining with a huge range of local and premium imported tap beers, ciders, wine, champagne and spirits.
Our staff are some of the best: friendly, fast and knowledgeable and we provide great entertainment from karaoke to live bands and DJs to tributes
We have room on our team for a Bar Supervisor/Duty Manager who is dedicated, professional and can lead a team from the front.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar supervision;
- Familiar with general stocked bar products;
- Experience in stock management and control;
- Outgoing, a great communicator and leader;
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- High focus on customer service with a hands on approach;
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
- To positively encourage compliance with policies, procedures, house rules of the venue amongst staff at all times.

You need to have you’re:

- Police Clearance
- Industry Licences & accreditation i.e. RSA, Approved Managers Course
- Qualifies to meet the State liquor licensing requirements

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

Licence/Certification:

- RSA & APPROVED MANAGERS (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (required)
