**About Beacon Lighting Commercial**

This is an exciting time to join our team at Beacon Lighting Commercial We've been in the market for over 30 years and we continue to experience growth and expansion of the business due to our unrivalled success.

With five commercial offices across Australia, we specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels and aged care facilities. We are exclusive distributors of GE Lamps and Fixtures in AUS/NZ, Mammoth Fans, as well as our Beacon branded products, which means we are able to provide our clients with the best lighting and air movement solutions.

**The Role**

Based at our Brisbane office, this role will ensure the successful management of resources, procedures and processes to ensure high service levels to our customers are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure day-to-day operations are adequately resourced to deliver high levels of customer service
- Seek opportunities to drive improvements for the service experience of the customer and the sales performance of the office
- Manage expenses and CODB
- Identify operational efficiencies and suggest ideas for improvement
- Provide leadership to the Sales team
- Build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication channels are maintained
- Ensure compliance and adherence to company values, code of conduct, policies and procedures
- Ensure commercial facilities meet expected standards - providing a professional, productive and safe environment for team members and clients
- Monitor local in stock status

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

- Proven to have lead and Managed a small tam
- Medium to advanced computer skills
- Able to communicate clearly (in person, on the telephone and in writing)
- Able to complete office-based work as well as lift and move stock and other items up to 15kgs
- Experience in the lighting industry and leading a small team is desirable
