We now have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our WHS Team. Reporting to the Work, Health & Safety Officer and working within a successful and collaborative Team, we are looking for an administration professional to join and support our existing team.

**The position will be responsible for**:

- Foster and develop a Workplace Health and Safety culture throughout Drakes Queensland
- Recording incidents and injuries into database as well as general administrative database maintenance
- Assist in the administrative support of Workers Compensation Claims
- Liaising with Store Managers to ensure documentation/sign offs required from the WHS Department are completed through audits
- Other exciting projects and admin duties

**To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for a Professional who has**:

- Proven experience in a administration role
- A full driver’s license
- Experience in data entry and data management
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
