This is an exciting time to join our team at Beacon Lighting Commercial We've been in the market for over 30 years and we continue to experience growth and expansion of the business due to our unrivalled success.

With five commercial offices across Australia, we specialise in project and specification lighting in various commercial sites including apartments, hotels and aged care facilities. We are exclusive distributors of GE Lamps and Fixtures in AUS/NZ, Mammoth Fans, as well as our Beacon branded products, which means we are able to provide our clients with the best lighting and air movement solutions.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Office Manager - Queensland Commercial, this role will see you take ownership of the end-to-end management of all goods receipted in and dispatched through the warehouse. You will ensure warehouse standards and procedures are followed, team members are regularly trained, and all areas comply with safety legislation and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods is managed efficiently and to required standards
- Maximising the use of space through visual checks and regular reporting analysis, while taking in to account future business requirements
- Being fully conversant with the operation of all areas of the warehouse
- Ensuring internal and external customer service levels meet or exceed expectations
- Upholding the positive team culture
- Maintaining safety standards in the warehouse and actively driving safety initiatives

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in managing a small to medium warehouse
- Previous experience leading a small team
- Certificate IV - Warehousing Operations highly regarded
- Pride in maintaining an efficient and organised workplace
- Internal and external customer satisfaction is of high priority
- Safety first
