Our premium cosmetic and implant practice is expanding and currently seeking a motivated Receptionist and Dental Assistants to join our growing team

**Start Time**:
ASAP.
**Hours**:
38 hour week full time with a rostered day off,
**Accessibility**:
400m walk from Anstey station as well as being accessible to 503 Bus and number 19 tram stops. Free onsite parking.

All on 4 Plus Dental Implants and Aesthetic Centre is a 7 chair practice that is a leader in Implant Dentistry. Our established team, creates a great environment for anyone who wants to learn and develop their skills within this industry.
Our team of dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists are dedicated to providing a high level of both compassionate and professional patient care and we are looking for a dynamic individual who shares this passion

**What we’re looking for**:

- industry experience (ie, a DA looking to transition to reception or previous dental experience)
- knowledge of Oasis is advantageous but not essential.
- great interpersonal skills and communication
- excellent time management and punctuality
- ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- high attention to detail
- high regard for teamwork
- be able to work well independently
- good problem solving skills
- compassionate and patient oriented mindset

**About the Role**:

- Duties include and are not limited to_
- Being responsible for the front desk including all administration duties.
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts.
- Answering phone enquiries, appointment booking & recall management.
- Processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps

**DA role includes**:

- Duties include and are not limited to;_
- chairside assisting
- sterilisation and processing of instruments
- maintain an excellent level of infection control
- assisting with general housekeeping in the clinic

**Remuneration based on experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.38 - $33.89 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
