Admin/office Manager

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
- Database management and social media management, with the opportunity to bring your creative flare to work.
- Business Development Support including customer service, callbacks, etc.
- Working closely with the company's Director to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses
- Purchasing office supplies, car parts, and researching worldwide for parts.
- Tidy and organize the office environment
- Implementing streamlined processes to ensure the office runs efficiently and ensuring the team is aware of these processes
- Personal Assistant to the Director, providing administrative assistance and handling personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on office operations and progress towards goals.
- Project management assistance, including tracking progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- A confident and friendly disposition, with a genuine care and interest in people and the ability to build relationships in a work environment
- The ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and enjoy making things run smoothly
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to facilitate engagement across the business
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office and SharePoint, as well as experience with accounting packages such as Xero would be ideal but not essential.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $77,209.68 per year

- 8 hour shift
