**The Company**:
An exciting opportunity to join a specialist Underwriting Agency dedicated to the provision of Insurance solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and timely processing of renewals, new business, endorsements, and cancellations
- Liaise between internal departments, providing support to key external stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service whilst meeting agreed service levels and targets
- Identify opportunities that will enhance the quality of customer service and improve productivity for colleagues across the business
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all key stakeholders

Ideally, you should have the following skills
- Previous experience in Underwriting is needed.
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to build relationships with a network of brokers
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong business development skills
