**We’re Hiring: Blended Pet Care & Assistant Role (with Path to Management)**:

- 15-20 hours per week | Casual to start, potential for more_

Are you experienced with animals and ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and animal-loving individual to join our team in a blended role that includes pet care (dog walking and in-home visits), admin support, and general team assistance. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

For the right person, this position could lead to a management role as the business continues to grow.

**What the role includes**:

- Dog walking and pet sitting
- Light admin tasks (scheduling, replying to enquiries, assisting with team coordination)
- Assisting the owner with daily business operations
- Content creation (optional, but a plus)
- Supporting other team members when needed

**Hours**:

- Starting at 15-20 hours per week on a casual basis
- Potential to increase over time
- Must have some weekday availability and flexibility

**You’ll need to have**:

- Prior experience working with animals
- Some management or team leadership experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A calm, positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Police check or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence working independently and with a small team
