**The Opportunity**

VillageOSHC has a very exciting opportunity for an amazing individual who has a love for children and education.

VillageOSHC children at **Bowral Public School** in **Bowral** are looking for someone to play, teach and take care of them in a safe learning environment during school holidays. Are you our next Assistant Educator to join our inspiring teams?

**The Role**

As a hands-on, outgoing and passionate Educator, you will form strong relationships with the children, families, principal, school leaders and the wider community. This is an integral part of the VillageOSHC service.

Supported by a dedicated Service Coordinator, you will assist in delivering the daily holiday program, exciting activities, playing with the children, taking children outside for outdoor experiences, attending excursions and assist in serving a healthy range of snacks.

As an essential member of the team, you will follow a schedule of activities as well as contribute your own ideas for exciting and engaging activities which are safe, fun, stimulating and carry educational value. You will also uphold the welfare and safety of children at all times.

**General Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- Holiday Program - up to 6 hours per day

**Pre-requisites (completed or willing to obtain)**
- Child Protection
- A current Employee Working with Children’s Check
- HLTAID004 or higher First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training
