Our Sydney based personal loan start up is looking for a Late Stage Collections Officer to join our exciting, rapidly expanding business. We are a truly agile business, with all technology built in house and have the ability to change systems and process at pace.

In this role you will;
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to customers, third parties and third party suppliers
- Using your negotiation skills and empathy to attain customer and commercial outcomes
- Liaising with external stakeholders; for instance lawyers, on litigated matters
- Assessing, reviewing, recommending and undertaking recovery action where appropriate; with both the Customer and Salt&Lime's best interests in mind
- Providing information and support to customers experiencing financial hardship
- Collecting applicable fees and default interest charges
- You will be part of a supportive team to help drive first call resolution and offer customers further assistance that meets their financial obligations
- Understand & adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines
- Assisting customers with repayment plans
- Assisting customers experiencing financial hardship
- Following up customers on payment variations

About you

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
