Our Commercial Advisory and Transactions team provides commercial, financial, transaction management and strategic advice to clients for their major infrastructure projects. Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle, and we thrive on this complexity.

**Your Opportunity
**Forming part of the
**Infrastructure, Assets and Places (IAP) **team you will play a key role in providing best practise financial modelling support for transactions and projects.

- You can develop best in class financial models in a range of contexts, from pre-bid, bid and also post bid.
- You want to play an active role in supporting the development of the deal modelling team and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture of work.

- Experience working with and building complex financial models supporting infrastructure projects, or M&A transactions.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience developing best practise financial models in Excel.
- The ability to review financial models supporting some of the largest and highest profile transactions in Australia and globally.
- You will have exposure to a range of different clients across numerous sectors, including infrastructure and energy.
- You can manage client engagements or discrete work-streams within a larger engagement, coaching and developing junior staff and client resources.
