Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Financial Modelling Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will liaise with project teams with set up and support of feasibility models, implement enhancements and scheduled maintenance services, and assist with ongoing queries and adhoc requests

Your responsibilities are but no limited to;
Support the National Manager, Development Financial Modelling with Mirvac’s financial modelling requirements.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements for Mirvac’s proprietary Feasibility Model across all Developments.
Assist with scheduled model servicing for all models across the business including functionality updates and enhancements.
Assist new business teams with initial model configuration and requirements, and ongoing support.
Assist with maintaining and supporting financial models for various areas of the business.
Complete testing and review processes for new model functionality.
Maintaining a robust governance model over model changes.
Develop and assist with delivering Model training and preparation.
Develop and maintain model guidance documentation updates.

Your point of difference

Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications CPA/CA or CFA equivalent and moderate financial modelling experience
Experience in best practice financial modelling and development financial metrics
Prior experience in property modelling highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills required and VBA skills highly regarded
Thorough, systematic, and detail-oriented approach to modelling.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
