Clayton Church Homes is looking for a Trainee Reception and Administration Officer to join the team.

This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to work across our Residential Aged Care Service and Corporate Service.

This position is offered on a full-time basis giving you the opportunity to be paid to complete a Certificate III in Business.

**In this role you will**
- Provide outstanding, prompt and professional customer service to residents, families, staff and visitors
- Provide a range of administrative and clerical support to a variety of staff and leaders within the organisation
- Provide assistance to the rostering team with managing staff rosters
- Answer, respond and distribute phone calls across the organisation to the appropriate person
- Undertake other clerical duties including word processing, typing, photocopying and filing in a timely manner

- Willingness to gain qualifications in Business Administration
- An enthusiastic, positive, and proactive approach
- Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in a similar or customer service role _(_Desirable_)_
- A passion for working in the Aged Care Sector

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
