We are seeking high-performing Tax Directors to join our Client Engagement Group.

As a **Tax Director** you will have highly developed leaderships skills, taking an active role in the implementation of the ATO’s strategic direction and making balanced decisions using professional judgment.

Our clients are diverse and may include individuals, small business, public and private companies and internationals.

As a Tax Director within our Client Engagement Group, you will have deep experience and understanding of the Taxation and Superannuation environment, working clients and their intermediaries to identify risks, manage interactions and achieve outcomes.

You will be a skilled communicator working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate interactions and negotiations on complex and sensitive issues to influence outcomes.

You will lead a team with a whole-of-client approach in the provision of information and advice and actively contribute to the development of staff capability. You will lead by example, embodying the inclusive and respectful culture to which we aspire.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt** or **Wollongong**.
