**The Centre**

Guardian Childcare and Education Springfield Lakes is a purpose-built Centre sprawling over three levels. Children at the Centre will enjoy exploring five beautiful, light-filled play spaces designed to inspire curiosity, fun, learning and a sense of belonging.

The Centre boasts two architecturally designed outdoor play spaces sure to inspire curiosity and a sense of adventure in each child. We also have a dedicated on-site kitchen, which opens to a piazza for communal mealtimes.

Our focus on education draws inspiration from the local environment and is delivered by degree-qualified teachers and educators.

Situated on the edge of the lake, the Centre enjoys a beautiful outlook surrounded by parklands and cafes.

**The Opportunity**
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check.
