At Springfield Lakes State School, our talented staff work in partnership with parents and the Springfield Lakes community in implementing a futures oriented curriculum with a strong focus on the explicit teaching of English and Mathematics. **Inclusion Teacher to join our Year 5 Team**:
- Knowledge and understanding of the school community.
- Co-teaching in Year 5 English.
- Demonstrated skills in supporting staff across the year level with differentiation/tailored supports and adjustments
- Using data to inform short term intervention cycles.
- Knowledge of NCCD procedures and categories of adjustments with ability to develop staff capability in inclusive practices.
- Working knowledge of diagnosed conditions and corresponding educational impacts.
- Supporting Teachers with case management of students with identified substantial and extensive needs.
- Experienced with supporting students to access AAC.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. Pre-service/graduate teachers must have been granted provisional registration prior to commencing employment as a teacher. For more information regarding registration requirements, please CLICK HERE.
