**About the Graduate Blasting Technical Services opportunities**
- As a Graduate Blasting Engineer, you will have the opportunity to rotate through a variety of Technical Services teams to make a tangible impact on our day-to-day operations.
- Your graduate program will include:

- A significant period on site as a part of a blast crew to learn the practical, hands-on aspects of blasting;
- Experience providing customers with product stewardship of electronic blasting systems, wireless blasting systems and bulk explosive delivery systems;
- Formal in-class learning with from industry experts to develop deep understanding of blasting concepts, blast design skills, and explosive product knowledge;
- Contribute to project teams delivering explosive product implementations, blast performance & design optimisation, and innovative technology trials;
- Shadowing a senior Technical Service Engineer to gain invaluable exposure to project management, technical investigations and specialist blasting engineering skills;
- Travel to remote customer sites within the region to support operations and build strong customer relationships.

**What you will bring**:

- You’re studying or have recently completed a degree in:

- Mining, Civil Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or Earth Science related Disciplines
- Mechanical or other Engineering related degrees
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
Degree level: Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, or Master’s

**Location & Support**
- Your first rotation will be based at **Perth, WA**.
Future rotations may include other exciting locations across AusPac (to be confirmed).
