The Frasers Property Graduate Program
Frasers Property graduate program enables recent graduates to explore the property industry with a well-established and diverse organisation. The program runs for 18 months, spanning rotations through our development business.
Each of the placements will carry key learning outcomes and competency requirements with a view to assisting individuals to embed their learning and understanding of the industry as they continue their career with us at the conclusion of the program.We offer a bespoke development program that complements the on-the-job experience that our graduates receive during their program to enhance their skills and experiences in the early stages of their careers.
The successful candidates will have:
- Completed a degree in either Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications within the previous 18 months of the start date of the program (studies must be completed by January 2026)
- A record of academic success
- A passion for commencing your career in the Property industry
- Excellent communication skills
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable attitude and be a team player who is looking to make a meaningful impact through their work
- Ability to commence a full-time role by the end of January 2026
