**Trainee Educator - Study While You Work**

We are currently seeking a **Trainee Educator** to join our supportive and experienced team at **Explore & Develop Waitara**. This is a great opportunity to **start your career in early childhood education**—working hands-on with children while completing your formal qualification.

As a Trainee, you will work alongside qualified educators to support children’s learning, development, and well-being through engaging, play-based programs, monthly experiences, and excursions. You’ll be mentored by a team with many years of experience who are committed to supporting your learning journey.

This Traineeship is provided through **ICCC (International Child Care College)**, including **3 hours of paid study time each week** to help you successfully complete your course.

**About You**:

- Current **Working with Children Check (NSW)**:

- Australian citizen or permanent resident (essential for Traineeship eligibility)
- Passionate about working with young children and eager to learn
- Positive, proactive, and reliable with a can-do attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
