SRPT Education, in partnership with **Plus Fitness Oakleigh**, is seeking an experienced **Lecturer/Mentor** to guide the next generation of personal trainers through their **Certificate IV in Fitness** practical journey.

**About the Role**
- Deliver engaging Certificate IV in Fitness practical sessions.
- Lectures are held **every second Saturday between 10am - 3pm** (minimum 5 hours per session).
- Each academy runs for a total of **35 hours of delivery**.
- Ongoing opportunities available across multiple Melbourne locations.
- Rate**:$50 per hour.**

**About You**

We’re seeking a professional, approachable, and motivated fitness trainer who enjoys mentoring others. You’ll have the opportunity to help students build their confidence and practical skills as they prepare to enter the fitness industry.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a **Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221 or equivalent)**:

- Have been **actively working in the fitness industry for the past 12 months**:

- Possess **excellent communication and people skills**:

- Be passionate about education, mentoring, and professional development
