The purpose of your Business Manager role is to grow the portfolio of Maxxia (Novated Leasing) clients by establishing strong relationships (business-to-business) to form long term strategic alliances. Alongside growth ensure you are retaining clients through regular engagement.
Your day to day will include regular client meetings and value-adding engagement. You will provide exceptional service in adherence to contractual agreements and reactivate dormant client relationships. You will also facilitate both client and customer Maxxia education programs on our products, services and systems available.
You will be driven by achieving outstanding client retention, portfolio profitability, and be able to cross sell the full range of company products and up-sell services as required.
Performance will be measured by strategic involvement with key clients, revenue generation via up-selling of additional services such as capped and exempt benefits, cross-sell of products such as operating leases, while maintaining profitability via Client and Customer retention.
This role is a full-remote role, with some ad-hoc travel to Sydney.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
