Do you have first class customer service skills and an appetite for a successful career in Real Estate? We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to work alongside one of Place’s most knowledgeable and reliable lead agents, specialising in off the plan development sales and venturing further into standard residential sales.
This role is a great opportunity for someone currently or recently within a customer facing role to flex your already exceptional interpersonal skills to kickstart your Real Estate Career. You may be juggling other jobs, study or even be looking to give a new industry a go.

**Duties**:
This role will commence as a causal position with the prospect to increase hours over time. Applicants must be available to work every Saturday (hours can be a half day or full day depending on the open home schedule).
Support Saturday (Game Day) operations including but not limited to;
- Setting up properties ready for open home inspections;
- Welcome all guests to open home inspections; and
- Obtain contact details from open home attendees.
- Database management;
Other tasks may include;
- Social media management; and
- Buyer management.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is a confident, warm, and welcoming face who embraces a learn it all mentality paired with a strong passion for Real Estate.
- Outstanding customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond;
- Highly organised paired with ability to adapt to and be flexible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Immaculate presentation;
- Exposure to the real estate industry (advantageous);
- Willingness to obtain a Real Estate Sales Certificate;
