**The casual role**:
Snooze **Highpoint**is looking for a passionate Retail Sales Assistant with a confident, genuine approach and a talent for building strong customer relationships. A deep commitment to providing expert sleep solutions is essential.

**At Snooze, you will**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations - you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor.

**You will bring**
- A genuine people person with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Previous retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
