Birdie Hair Salon in Preston is a Blonde Specialist Salon and we are after a Salon Assistant to help with running the show.

This position would suit a uni student or mum looking for a job that is a little more exciting than the ordinary. You don't have to want to pursue a career in Hairdressing.

Your duties would include liaising with clients, answering the phone and booking in appointments, admin duties, stock control, washing client's hair and we will even teach you how to blow dry. You will be amazed at the hair skills you can pick up by assisting.

Previous experience is not required but you must be reliable, confident talking to people and be ok with standing for most of your shift.

We would also love someone with a passion for Social Media who can run our pages. This would be preferred but not essential.

We offer staff discounts on hair colouring and products.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
