**About the company**
Our client is a leading Credit Funds Management business who provide unique solutions for global lenders, situated within a private insurer they have a distinctive approach within the market. Liaising with syndication teams from some of the leading financial institutions across the world.

**About the Role**
Be part of a growing team, working closely with experienced managers who specialize in niche aspects of Credit fund Management. Working closely with global lenders including large commercial and investment banks. You will aid in analysis, administration & portfolio reporting of structured credit exposures.

Key responsibilities:

- Regular monitoring of the portfolio, including compliance, invoicing, and reporting
- Be involved in client discussions around pricing, transaction execution etc
- Providing financial/sensitivity analysis and modelling
- Completing due diligence research into companies
- Assistance in transaction structuring, legal documentation preparation and management
- Risk analysis
- country, industry, competitor, security
- Portfolio compliance and monitoring
- Fee and premium reconciliation

**About you**
- The ideal position for a graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ experience
- Associated Tertiary Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Highly developed Analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skill across both written and verbal mediums.
