Our client is a global software manufacturer company, delivering Enterprise Resource Planning ERP, Financial Management, Business Intelligence BI, Performance Management BPM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Asset Management software solutions. Their unique combination of best-of-breed software and professional consulting services results in scalable solutions that deliver real business value. Their products and services are well known with many Global and Australian reference sites. Their products and services are marketed directly to enterprise and corporate accounts including mining to manufacturing, distribution, retail and Government.

The Company has R&D teams in Australia and Europe and they have adapted their product functionality based on customer feedback and needs. Their product covers a very broad range of functionality which they are continuously improving, fine-tuning and perfecting. They customise functionality based on customer needs supported by their technical services staff and online knowledge base. Their focus is to have satisfied customers wanting to and using their products and services.

They wish to hire a proven Senior Software Sales Executive BDM who has a successful track record in sales of Financial Management ERP software. Ideally you will have a background in finance, be degree qualified and have been selling software directly to the market. They would prefer to have someone with financial application software experience but other software product sales experience will be considered.

They want a well presented, professional Senior Software Sales Executive BDM whose track record of above quota achievement is easily visible. Someone who is a proactive "hunter" who generates new business by using well known techniques to stimulate the market who also has good account management skills.  The market is buoyant for their products at present and their sales team is experiencing a lot of success in the market consequently the opportunity is there to over achieve quotas. This is an opportunity to be a part of the growth of an already successful Company.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Sold financial software for minimum 5 years

* Enviable track record in Software sales

* Is a demonstrable hunter

* Excellent customer relationships

* Innovative, qualified, professional BDM

The remuneration package will be made up of a base salary and commission plus super dependent on experience and skill.
