**About us**
CCMS is a family-owned business located in North Plympton. CCMS specializes in general building works, new-home and maintenance plumbing, shop fit-outs, and roof restorations for both residential and commercial properties. We have multiple contracts with new home builders, some including Metricon Homes and Weeks Building Group, we also provide services to residential properties through the strata groups and RAA Trade Assist
**About the role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic person who is committed to joining our growing, close-knit team. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and support our team of trades across all administration processes and functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and making calls while maintaining a professional phone manner.
- Communicating effectively with clients to book jobs, postpone work, and follow up on issues.
- Demonstrating strong teamwork skills by supporting other team members to manage workload.
- Organising the schedule effectively to ensure that jobs are completed, and none get missed.
- Planning to prevent avoidable delays in work (i.e., forgetting to order materials).
- Carry out the basic tasks of the role including, scheduling, checking materials, and contacting clients.
**Experience**
This is a fast-paced role requiring an individual with at least two years of experience in a customer service role and a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous scheduling experience and industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
