Driscoll’s Australia is part of a leading global berry company specialising in the licensing, supply, marketing, and distribution of premium fresh berries, including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Operating in Australia as a joint venture between Driscoll's Inc and Costa Group, we work directly with a network of over 60 growers nationally to deliver high quality berries cultivated from our proprietary genetics.

Our enterprise encompasses a network of internal and third-party nurseries that supply licenced berry plants to independent growers across the country. Once harvested, our berries are packed and distributed through our national network of distribution centres, supplying all major retailers and wholesalers, including export markets. With a commitment to year-round availability, we support our growers through regional agronomy services, cutting-edge tissue culture facilities, and coordinated logistics and packaging solutions - ensuring Australian consumers have access to the finest berries, every day of the year.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have newly created role for an experienced Finance Analyst - Enterprise Strategist to help guide decision making and drive long term sustainable growth. This mid to senior level role, reports into the Director of Planning and Operations where you will be working closely with our teams across the end-to-end enterprise to gain a deep understanding of critical financial and business insights and identify opportunities for growth and value creation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive end-to-end enterprise and business models’ analysis to identify market competitiveness and opportunities that deliver on strategic goals and drive long-term growth.
- Developing and communicating strategic insights, industry trends, and making recommendations to influence business strategic decisions.
- Building and maintaining scenario analysis tools to assess the impact of existing and future enterprise initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining periodic reports and dashboards (i.e., on industry metrics, key performance metrics, competition, and market analysis)
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure that new ideas are successfully implemented and scaled.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.....**

This role will ideally suit someone with a strategic mindset who is keen to identify opportunities for improvement using strong analytical and financial modelling skills. if you possess the following, we encourage you to apply.
- Completion of bachelor’s qualification in Finance, Economics or related field.
- Prior experience in a senior Business Analytical, Enterprise Finance or Strategic Analyst role, preferably within the agricultural or franchisee sector.
- Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive business cases and performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Proficient in the use of financial and data analytical and reporting tools e.g., PowerBi, Tableau or equivalent.
