**About the role**:
Joining a supportive and diverse team as a Strategy Analyst you will be work closely with members of the Personal Banking Strategy team to deliver Personal Banking’s strategic agenda by supporting the development and delivery of a broad range of strategic initiatives. **This will be achieved through**:

- Supporting Personal Banking senior stakeholders to identify, scope and kick-off initiatives that support the Personal Banking’s Simple and Digital strategy or improve business performance
- Playing a key role in the delivery of small to medium initiatives, as well as larger strategic projects with members of the Personal Banking Strategy team
- Supporting divisional strategy and responses to key business challenges and opportunities
- Conducting data extraction and analysis, using NAB systems and data warehouses, to develop insights and recommendations
- Developing relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across Personal Banking and across the enterprise
- Analyse and provide updates on the industry, market, and competitor trends, as well as likely implications for Personal Banking and NAB.

**What you will bring**:
To be successful in the role you will be have previous banking experience in a strategy, business development / product management role, preferably in Personal Banking, or management consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm. **Further to this, you will have**:

- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills to produce slide packs, financial models and commercial business cases
- Sound banking knowledge as well as business and financial acumen
- Experience developing business insights/intelligence and conducting data analysis, including using SQL and Tableau (highly favourable)
- Strong time management, planning and prioritisation skills
- Drive to proactively take ownership of personal and professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders and build relationships across NAB
- The ability to work in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
